Overview

Switzerland has taken a market-driven approach to Open Banking without regulatory mandate. The bLink platform by SIX Group provides centralized infrastructure for Open Banking. Swiss Fintech Innovations (SFTI) handles standardization, while SIX Group operates the central bLink platform. Focus is exclusively on commercial bank customers (SMEs), with retail not in scope.
